TorcUP SQ torque wrench

The SQ is a hydraulic square drive torque wrench for impact sockets. Thanks to the Uni-Swivel hose connection you can route the hoses in any direction, so the wrench adapts to where you are working. Inside is the proven design with three moving parts, with an accuracy of ±3%.

In the SQ, all the parts that transmit the torque, the three moving parts, are made of VASCOMAX®. According to TorcUP, no other manufacturer does this. The result is a wrench that not only looks good but also lasts a long time.

Features

Patented mono-body housing

Only from TorcUP: the housing of the SQ is machined from a single block of 7075 AQ aluminium, so it deforms less under load.

Uni-Swivel hose connection

Swivels 360° × 180° and makes the tool shorter, so it also fits between obstacles.

Push-through square drive

Switch from loosening to tightening by pushing the square drive through, without dismantling it.

Steel reaction foot

Protects the main reaction point of the arm; replaceable in the field.

Engraved torque chart

The torque chart is laser-engraved in the cover, so it cannot get lost during work.

Reaction arm release button

The release button is built into the arm as a safety feature, so the arm cannot come loose accidentally.

Multi-tooth drive segment

Provides 27° of rotation with every full stroke.

Drip-free quick couplers

Safety couplers with a 3:1 safety factor, easy to connect; the collar locks the coupler.

Accessories

SQ direct hex adapter

Replaces the square drive of the SQ, to tighten socket head bolts.

SQ end cap protector

Protects the end cap when you use the wrench without a reaction arm.

SQ extended reaction tube

Instead of the standard reaction arm, when the reaction point is further from the nut.

SQ solid square drive

A non-push-through square drive, for tightening and loosening.

SQ solid long reaction arm

15 cm longer than the standard reaction arm, for a reaction point further away.

SQ wide reaction arm

A wider reaction surface, when the reaction point does not fall firmly in the middle of the standard arm. Fitted at the factory; only for the SQ-1 and SQ-3.

SQ handle

Ergonomic handle for safe operation and positioning, with hands clear of the reaction points.
