The TKSA 31 has an ergonomic touchscreen display, which makes the instrument very easy to use. The built-in machine library stores alignment reports for multiple machines. Large laser detectors in the measuring heads reduce the need for rough alignment beforehand. The integrated soft foot tool lays the foundation for a successful alignment. Further features are live view and automatic measurement.

Features

Measurements are easy thanks to the well-known three-position measuring method (9, 12, 3 o'clock), with an additional positioning flexibility of 40° around each measuring position.

Its affordability was achieved by focusing on the standard shaft alignment process and the essential functions for fast, effective alignment.

With "automatic measurement" you can measure hands-free: the position of the heads is detected and a measurement is taken when the heads are in the correct position.

After each alignment, reports are generated automatically and can be customised with comments on the application. All reports can be exported as PDF files.

Live views support intuitive measurements and allow horizontal and vertical corrections of the machine position.

The machine library gives an overview of all machines and alignment reports. It simplifies machine identification and improves the alignment workflow.
