SKF TIH 100m induction heater

The SKF TIH 100m is a medium-sized induction heater for hot mounting of bearings. It fits on the workbench and with the optional TIH T1 trolley it easily goes along to work on site. The heater has a swivel yoke and two smaller yokes, and heats bearings up to 120 kg.

Temperature or time mode

Heat to a set temperature, or for a set time.

Swivel yoke

The yoke swings aside: placing and removing bearings is quick and ergonomic.

Automatic demagnetisation

After heating, the workpiece is automatically demagnetised. This reduces the risk of the bearing attracting metal particles and becoming contaminated.

Keep-warm function

Keeps the bearing at temperature after the heating cycle has finished.

Remote control

Operate the heater at a safe distance from the hot workpiece.

Also for other workpieces

Suitable for gears, bushings and other solid workpieces up to 60 kg.
