SKF TIH 220m induction heater

The SKF TIH 220m is a large induction heater for hot mounting of bearings. It has a handy sliding yoke and an extra, smaller yoke, and heats bearings with a bore from 40 mm and a weight of up to 300 kg. With the optional TIH T1 trolley you easily take it to the job. Available for 230 V and for 400 V.

Temperature or time mode

Heat to a set temperature, or for a set time.

Sliding yoke

The yoke slides aside: you place even heavy bearings ergonomically.

Automatic demagnetisation

After heating, the workpiece is automatically demagnetised. This reduces the risk of the bearing attracting metal particles and becoming contaminated.

Keep-warm function

Keeps the bearing at temperature after the heating cycle has finished.

Remote control

Operate the heater at a safe distance from the hot workpiece.

Also for other workpieces

Suitable for gears, bushings and other solid workpieces up to 150 kg.
