The TKSA 41 has two wireless measuring units, large detectors and powerful lasers. It measures accurately even in the most demanding industrial environments. The user-friendly display helps users check and correct shaft alignment quickly and improve machine performance and reliability.

Features

Wireless communication improves ease of use. Alignment is possible even in hard-to-reach applications

from a safe position.

With "free measurement" you can take alignment measurements from any angle, with a rotation of only 90°.

With "automatic measurement" you can measure hands-free: the position of the heads is detected and a measurement is taken when the heads are in the correct position.

After each alignment, reports are generated. They can be customised with comments and/or photos taken with the built-in camera, giving a comprehensive overview. All reports can be exported as PDF files.

Live views support intuitive measurements and allow horizontal and vertical alignment.

The machine library gives an overview of all machines and alignment reports. QR codes can be used to simplify machine identification further and improve the alignment workflow.

Applications

Horizontal shaft alignment

Easy, intuitive alignment of horizontal shafts, with automatic measurement, a minimum total rotation of 40°, 9-12-3 guidance and alignment to target values.

Soft foot

Checking and correcting a loose or springy foot (soft foot) before alignment, so the machine sits stably on its foundation.
