SKF TIH L77 induction heater

The SKF TIH L77 is a very large induction heater for hot mounting of bearings. Thanks to the large working area it also heats very wide bearings, up to 1,200 kg. The sliding yoke makes the work ergonomic, and a forklift truck moves the heater easily. Available for 230 V and for 400 V.

Automatic demagnetisation

After heating, the workpiece is automatically demagnetised. This reduces the risk of the bearing attracting metal particles and becoming contaminated.

Keep-warm function

Keeps the bearing at temperature after the heating cycle has finished.

Remote control

Operate the heater at a safe distance from the hot workpiece.
