Sygma Xtreme 750 belt grinding machine

The Sygma™ Xtreme 750 is a belt grinding machine for centreless grinding of large riding rings. It is built for heavy applications in cement plants, chemical plants, steel mills, sugar mills, recycling and mining, where reliable equipment is crucial. The 750 differs from the 1000 only in length; with its shorter belt it is suitable, for example, for the rings of concrete mixers. For more intensive grinding work, choose the 1000.

The Xtreme 750 and the Xtreme 1000 are the same machine, with the same options and feeds; only the length differs (belt width 150 mm). The 1000 is intended for more intensive grinding work and cools better thanks to its greater length. The linear guide is available with manual or automatic feed; the automatic feed is available for 230 V and for 400 V.
