MiniFacer series
Manual flange facing machines: small, light and quick to set up.
The Sygma™ MiniFacer machines are versatile, manual flange facing machines, even for the hardest-to-reach flanges. Set up in minutes, machining in seconds, by one person, with a crisp result every time.
There are four models. The ONE, EVO and SB clamp internally in the bore; the MiniFacer OD clamps on the outside. All MiniFacers are available to buy and to rent.
Internal mounting
Clamps in the flange bore, from Ø 13.5 mm (SB) to 466 mm (EVO).
External mounting
Clamps on the outside and machines right up to the centre.
Suitable for Ex zones
The MiniFacer works without a motor, so without compressed air or power. This makes it suitable for zones with explosion hazard, and also usable where a powered machine does not fit.
