The Seiffert RollCheck® MINI is a light, compact and rugged laser system for aligning rolls in small machines parallel. You attach the transmitter and reflector with the supplied straps to rolls up to 101 mm in diameter. The transmitter projects two red laser lines onto the reflector, which reflects them back: this shows you immediately whether the rolls are parallel. One person aligns in a few minutes, without training.
We supply and rent out the RollCheck, and provide training with it. Prefer to have it measured? Our measurement service also aligns your rolls and rollers on site.
Features
Patented reflected laser beam
The transmitter projects laser lines onto the reflector, which reflects them back to the transmitter. This shows you immediately whether the rolls are parallel.
Two angles at once
You see the vertical angle (pitch) and the horizontal angle (parallelism) at the same time, and adjust the roll directly.
