The TKSA 71 is designed for alignment work in harsh industrial environments and offers a range of functions for alignment specialists. Applications

Horizontal shaft alignment

Easy, intuitive alignment of horizontal shafts, with automatic measurement, a minimum total rotation of 40°, 9-12-3 guidance and alignment to target values.

Vertical shaft alignment

Easy, intuitive alignment of machines with vertical shafts, with shimming guidance for different bolt configurations.

Machine train alignment

Align three coupled machines with a complete overview of the alignment of the whole train; the operator chooses which feet are fixed.

Spacer shaft alignment

Takes the specific requirements of spacer shafts into account and simplifies the alignment process.

Soft foot

Checking and correcting a loose or springy foot (soft foot) before alignment, so the machine sits stably on its foundation.

Dial indicator mode (values)

Use the system as a digital dial indicator: record absolute, zeroed and halved values for custom alignments with your own calculations.
