SKF TIH L44 induction heater

The SKF TIH L44 is a very large induction heater for hot mounting of large bearings up to 1,200 kg. You heat the bearing lying around the coil or standing around the sliding yoke. The sliding yoke makes the work ergonomic, and a forklift truck moves the heater easily. Available for 230 V and for 400 V.

Features

Temperature or time mode

Heat to a set temperature, or for a set time.

Automatic demagnetisation

After heating, the workpiece is automatically demagnetised. This reduces the risk of the bearing attracting metal particles and becoming contaminated.

Keep-warm function

Keeps the bearing at temperature after the heating cycle has finished.

Remote control

Operate the heater at a safe distance from the hot workpiece.

Also for other workpieces
