Sygma Delta-I 80 pipe bevelling machine

The Sygma™ Delta-I 80 is a compact machine for cold bevelling and facing of pipe ends, in preparation for welding. It clamps itself centred in the pipe, with an inside diameter of 28 – 76 mm, and is therefore set up quickly and accurately. The wall thickness can be up to 15 mm.

Cold bevelling

No heat input, so the properties of the pipe material stay the same.

Self-centring

The machine centres itself in the pipe, for quick and accurate set-up.

Applications
