The Sygma™ Alpha-I 50-160 is the largest machine in the Alpha-I series. It clamps internally in bores from Ø 1,276 to 3,356 mm and machines flanges from Ø 1,118 to 4,168 mm (44 to 164 inch). With the arm and extension kit this goes up to Ø 5,080 mm (200 inch).
Like all machines in the Alpha series, the Alpha-I 50-160 is available with different, interchangeable drives. Thanks to the modular design you can also quickly and easily convert an Alpha-I for orbital milling, with the Legacy milling unit.
Does the standard version not meet your requirements, or would you like to rent the machine for one job? Contact us; we will be happy to discuss the possibilities.
