Seiffert installation and maintenance toolbox for belt drives

With the Seiffert installation and maintenance toolbox you have everything at hand to install and maintain drive belts and V-belts, in one handy case: the laser alignment tool for the pulleys and the Seiffert Sonic Tension Meter KX-1590 for the correct belt tension. There are two sets: with the Pulley Partner or with the Pulley PRO Green.

Features

Correct belt tension

With too little tension, V-belts slip and synchronous belts jump out of the grooves. The ideal tension is the lowest tension at which the belt transmits the power under full load.

Measuring with sound

The Sonic Tension Meter measures belt tension from its vibration: you pluck the belt, hold the sensor above it, and read the tension in N or Hz.

One person

Fast, accurate measurements of all synchronous belts and V-belts, by one person.

Everything in one case

With compartments for the laser, tension meter, offset brackets, spare batteries, a flat flexible sensor and groove gauges.
