SKF TIH 15 compact bench induction heater

The SKF TIH 15 is a compact bench induction heater for hot mounting of bearings. It fits on a small workbench and is easy to take along for work on site. The heater comes with three yokes and heats bearings with a bore from 20 mm and a weight of up to 15 kg, vertically or horizontally.

Features

Temperature or time mode

Heat to a set temperature, or for a set time.

Compact

Fits on a small workbench and is easy to take into the field.

Vertical or horizontal

With the three yokes you heat different bearing sizes, standing or lying.

Automatic demagnetisation

After heating, the workpiece is automatically demagnetised. This reduces the risk of the bearing attracting metal particles and becoming contaminated.

Keep-warm function

Keeps the bearing at temperature after the heating cycle has finished.

Two power settings

Heat sensitive components, such as bearings with seals or shields, at half power and therefore more slowly.

Also for other workpieces

Suitable for gears, bushings and other solid workpieces up to 7.5 kg.
